Digital Issues Concerning Blended and Online Teaching Learning in Modern Education System

Abstract

The revolutionary growth in the field of technology in 21^st century has paved the way to new educational opportunities and thus to the growth of online education. Technological advancement has brought a great change in every arena of human life. In the field of higher education, the range of opportunities and challenges of online education is very large. This paper looks into not only the need of online education but also with the issues concerning it like that of technology. The other factors which are to be taken into concern are of the proper services given to the students, the method of instruction and the pattern of entrance and registration of the students. The demands of teaching and non-teaching staff need to be met. The basic objective of the courses offered through online mode is to have a great outreach. Due to flexible mode, there are multi-faceted methods which are a great attraction. There lies a subtle concern of technical connectivity and availability of resources. Yet online education today is considered to be more effective and flexible. In future, higher education requires the opportunities of online education for its optimum growth to reach a greater height.
