Importance of Digital Technology in Education

Abstract

   Education is an important part of human life. Education prepares man intellectually. Without education human beings are like animals. As we know education is the root cause of any change. whether learning is  in a narrow form or in a broad form. Man aquires  new experiences every moment. in ancient period education was imparted through traditional methods, such as the lecture method. There was student-teacher interaction in the classroom, education was teacher-based, children were given only bookish knowledge, but in today's time it has become very necessary to combine education with technology, today Education cannot be completed by adopting only traditional methods,  Online teaching learning is the need of the hour. In this chapter we are describing importance of online education and how can we use technology in our teaching-learning.
