Societal Perspective of Digital literacy for innovative teachers with special reference to NEP-2020
Abstract
We are living in 21st century and it is an age of Technology. People are fully depended on the technology to make their task easy the use of the technology is very simple but it needs training programs. The chalk and duster approach of Education system had to change abruptly due to Covid 19. Technocrats introduced Technology for online classes and it was a wonderful experience. Zoom, G-Meet and many more other platforms were used to reach to the students. E-book were explored and made easy to access. After covid-19 teaching system, which was dependent on traditional methods, changed in a new system of chalk duster plus technology. It made the teacher more efficient and the process of teaching became very interesting. Teaching through Technology, teachers started using different soft wares to create presentation and projects. The use of technology in education has made the life of the students as well as teachers easy. Instead of using pen and paper students are using different soft wares and Technology for the preparation of examination. Government also helps by providing them laptop or tablet. It also includes social well- being because social development is also dependent on education.
