Online Teaching and Its Impact in Higher Education
Abstract
This abstract discusses the impact of online teaching on higher education. Online teaching
refers to the delivery of educational content and instruction through digital means, such as the
internet, software applications, and other digital tools. The adoption of online teaching has
increased significantly in recent years, particularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The
abstract explores the potential benefits of online teaching, including increased access to
education, enhanced quality of education, and cost savings for universities and students.
However, it also highlights potential challenges, such as a lack of social interaction and the
need for strong self-motivation and discipline. As online teaching continues to evolve, it is
essential for universities to address these challenges and ensure that students receive the best
possible education.
